About You
You are friendly, with a can-do attitude!  You are outrageously organized and outgoing - colour-coding, folders, clean computer systems and getting up in front of people and motivating them is the stuff of dreams. You are incredibly skilled at both micro and macro thinking – making sure the big picture is always moving forward by way of all the tiny details that need to get done.  You are a solution-based thinker who investigates why things went wrong with the goal of improving the process. You believe that a process problem lies at the root of every apparent people problem.
You are loyal and proud of the organisation you work for and want others to know it. You are comfortable speaking with other referring organisations and drumming up business. You do not thrive on being micromanaged and love to be given the freedom to excel in your job. Having autonomy within an organisation is a dream come true for you.
You have a strong alignment with the culture and values of Activated Concepts.
If you meet the above requirements and this sounds like you; please complete the below and send us a cover letter addressing the above and your current CV.
